Eco-Fascists to 3rd world, EAT DIRT!

I guess if we take food off the world market to actually feed people and stuff it in our cars what do we expect. Can anyone tell me where in the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, OR letter to the Danbury Baptists can our government tell a public or private company HOW TO RUN IT'S BUSINESS !?!?!?!

Oh wait, I know it's in the emanations of the penumbras or this document or that. Honestly can we stop it, can we stop being stupid about this. If you are one who think we need to stop using oil, INVENT SOMETHING!
