I love it when I get my way, most people do.
2 weeks ago my wife an I got an email from Netflix telling us they they will no longer be supporting profiles for getting movies. So if you bought a 3 movie at a time package multiple family members could have a choice without waiting for anyone else to turn in the movies they have.
Today my wife and I get an email saying they heard the consumers dislike of this and will NOT be getting rid of profiles.
The next time someone complains about "Big (fill in the name or type of the business)", ask if they could get government to turn course so fast.
I'll take Big Business over most any government.
