Clinton appointed judge blocks oil drilling in Michigan

Does it surprised anyone? In the story the judge "the judge ruled the Forest Service didn't consider how degrading the area could harm tourism, and said the agency did a "woefully inadequate" job of evaluating how the drilling might affect the Kirtland's warbler, an endangered songbird that nests in the area."

I guess the message here is, WHO CARES if you can't afford to drive to a forest preserve we MUST protect them anyway. If a Kirtland warbler falls in the forest and nobody can afford to go and see it, did it really happen???

I'm going to just cut out the middle man and start killing anything that looks like it may be endangered before anyone sees it.
